Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we use it, the services we rely on, and the control you have over your data.
What we collect, how we use it, the services we rely on, and the control you have over your data.
ListingMediaHub ("we," "us," or "our") provides white-label software that photography studios use to run bookings, scheduling, media delivery, client messaging, and payments. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the third-party services we rely on, and the choices you have. It applies to studios, their authorized users (photographers, editors, and administrators), and the real estate clients who book shoots through the platform.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role (realtor, photographer, editor, or administrator). Studios also provide business and billing details.
When a shoot is booked we collect the property address, shoot timing, and any intake questionnaire answers provided.
We collect basic technical information such as log data, device and browser type, and activity within the platform, so we can operate, secure, and improve the service.
We use the information we collect to create and manage accounts, schedule and coordinate shoots, deliver media, process payments, provide support, keep the platform secure, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Photos, videos, floor plans, virtual staging, and 3D tour content uploaded to ListingMediaHub are stored using our cloud storage provider (Supabase Storage with Amazon S3). Files are accessible only to the client who ordered the shoot, the assigned photographer and editor, and platform administrators acting to operate or support the service.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We retain a payment record showing the amount, status, and a Stripe reference identifier for accounting purposes.
Photographer profiles include the service-area coordinates the user chooses to publish. Property addresses are stored to match jobs to photographers and to calculate travel distance for compensation.
Connecting a Google Calendar is optional. If a photographer chooses to connect their Google Calendar, this section explains exactly what we access and what we do with it.
With your permission, we request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope. This lets us create, update, and delete only the calendar events that correspond to shoots assigned to you in ListingMediaHub.
The integration is a one-way sync from ListingMediaHub to your Google Calendar. When a shoot is scheduled, changed, or cancelled in ListingMediaHub, we create, update, or remove the matching event on your calendar so your schedule stays current.
The access and refresh tokens that authorize the calendar sync are stored securely in encrypted form and are used only to perform the sync described above.
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your settings, which stops the sync and removes future events we created. You can also revoke ListingMediaHub's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
ListingMediaHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell user data. We share data with service providers strictly to operate the platform: Supabase for hosting, database, and storage; Amazon S3 for file storage; Stripe for payments; Google for the optional calendar integration described above; and mapping providers for distance calculation. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the platform.
Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below, and studios and users can also manage much of their data directly within the platform. When you disconnect Google Calendar, tokens and future synced events are removed as described above.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can also disconnect optional integrations, such as Google Calendar, at any time from your settings.
ListingMediaHub is a business tool intended for use by real estate and photography professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your data, can be sent to info@listingmediahub.com.
